Inspired by 1920

For a couple of days ago my wonderful little sister came up with a great idea. She asked me if I could't paint people inspired by fashion from 19th century. Of course I loved her idea! I started to paint as fast as I got to my room there I have my papers, watercolours and my computer! I painted a woman inspired by 1920. I hope you enjoy her, because I loved to paint her.

Today's painting was a request by a dear friend, Missy, who asked me if I could paint a header, with a girl who carrying shopping bags, for her blog. I thought it would be a really fun challenge and an opportunity to do somthing different then I usually do. For the most of the time I paint faces, but as we all know: If you want to grow and develop you have to try new things!
